Whole Session, $120 for 90 minute
Half Session, $70 for 45 minute (Two half sessions required for a complete initial consultation)

Fortnightly, $37 per week, 1 x 60 min sessions fortnightly

One to One Session Packages
$750 - 10 x 60 min sessions ($75 per session), Valid for 12 months

One to one sessions can be run from our Narre Warren Studio upon request and pending studio availability at no extra charge. All other locations require an additional $25 travel fee.
The first half of the session is a conversation where we learn more about you.
The second half of the session,
After the initial consultation you will take away a short tailored practice that suits your needs to practise at home.
Depending on the person they may feel confident enough to continue practising the tailored practise on there own at home after the initial consultation. As they get more familiar and comfortable with the short practice, they return every couple of months for another consultation to build on the practice. Or as things changes, have another consultation to continue adapting and evolving the practice to suit there need. (E.g. due to an injury, pregnancy, etc).
For those wanting more guidance and support we offer private 1:1 sessions and packages.
