This is the perfect way to start if you are new to yoga. We will explore the foundations postures (asana), with simple breath practices (pranayama) plus some basic philosophy to give you are better feel for what yoga is all about. We aim to adapt yoga practices to suit your body & mind, strengthen your mind-body awareness and reduce stress.

Time: Tuesday, 5:00 – 6:30 pm (90 minutes)
Investment: $100 for 5 weeks
Once you have begun the course there is no refund on any missed classes, however if you miss a class you can come along to another class within that 5 week period.
If you are unable to attend one week, you must cancel yourself out of the class or let us know at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. If you do not let us know you will not be able to use that class credit in another class.
If you cancel prior to the start date a refund may be available less a 10% admin fee.
