Wendy Lim is a recovering stressed out Engineer. She personally loves the mental benefits that yoga brings. She considers herself a life long student of yoga and studied a 835 hours / 2 year Yoga Teacher Training Program in Melbourne. Her current fascination is guiding people though inner exploration in Restorative Yoga. A personal meditative practice that she looks forward to every day with pleasure. Trained as a Chemical Engineer she takes a nerdy approach to the practice and philosophy of yoga. Questioning everything, and applying it to daily life. She finds working one on one with individuals the most rewarding experience and offers a unique and tailored approach to practicing yoga and meditation.
