Wendy Lim is a recovering stress out Engineer. She personally loves the mental benefits that yoga brings and has gone deeper into studying a further 35 hours of Mental Health Awareness Training for Yoga Teachers with industry leading Yoga Teachers, who are also Yoga Therapist and Psychologist. Her current fascination is guiding people though inner exploration in Restorative Yoga. A personal meditative practice that she looks forward to every day with pleasure. Trained as a Chemical Engineer she takes a nerdy approach to the practice and philosophy of yoga. Questioning everything, and applying it to daily life. She finds working one on one with individuals the most rewarding experience and offers a unique and tailored approach to practicing yoga and meditation through her PT for the Mind sessions.
