is a Registered 800+ hr Trained Yoga Teacher, who in a past life was a burnout out Chemical Engineer. She takes a nerdy approach to the practice and philosophy of yoga. Questioning everything, and applying it to daily life. She finds working one on one with individuals the most rewarding experience and offers a unique and tailored approach to practising yoga and meditation.
She personally loves the mental benefits that yoga brings and considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. She takes a mindful and breath centred approach to yoga. Placing a big emphasis on adapting the physical, mental & breathing practices to fit the individual rather then an imaginary ideal. Her current fascination is guiding people though inner exploration in Restorative Yoga. A personal meditative practice that she looks forward to every day with pleasure.
Wendy can often be seen gallivanting around the world, with Japan and Africa next in her sights. A big foodie, she loves brunching her way around her home town in Melbourne, Australia.
